My Personality Assessment

I went for a 2 day course @ Conrad. The course name is Coaching for Performance and Development. There is a exercise which we need to complete a 400 questions survey and it will give us a personality asssessment of ourselves. This is what i got ..

Strengths : Willing to take initiative in a group , and able to assume lead roles on team projects. Others see me as energetic , talkative and socially active.

Shortcomings : Need to understand sensitive situations and avoid being irritable or emotionally inconsistent when these situations arise.. Having high standards for myself and others may have trouble delegating or priortizing.

I think is quite true... Suddenly , i have a interests in reading more books on Personality Asssessment. How well do we really know ourselves ?

Beautiful game turns rough..

The game between Netherlands and Portugal on Sunday night saw 20 cards ( 4 red ) being issued within the game of 90 minutes.

Where are all the sportmanship ? We saw headbutting.. hard tackling, mass confrontations...

High Expectation -> High Disappointment

3 trips to Taipei in search for Ah Zhong Mian Xian.. I finally found it on the 3rd attempt... The price is reasonable.. $2 per bowl. The queue is long..

So i quickly get my friend to go and queue and buy one bowl to share and decide how good i should rate is. 7/10 or 8/10 ? Everyone is talking about it back in Singapore.. "Must Try! Must Try! "

It isn't that fantastic really.. maybe the taste and flavour doesn't suit us.. Every bowl that was returned is emptied and cleaned. We are so paiseh.. we walk about 50 metres away , and while no one is seeing, pour everything into the thrash...

So much for Ah Zhong Mian Xian...

Travelling in pairs for buisness trip is always fun. Especially if you and your travelling partner are on the same freq.

1. Your meals wun be so boring. You do not have to talk to the food anymore.
2. Your shopping trips become more expensive. Your buddy give u comments and u usually will appreciate them and make some purchase.
3. Your after work time passed faster.
4. You can go to a pub or disco and people will not think you are there alone trying to hook someone up.
5. You have someone to wake you up in the morning for work.
6. Most importantly , you get to know each other better!!

Received a letter that my wallet is found and now with the police.. is it too late.. ? Haiz.... already spend so much and forgotten about the matter...
