Once we touched down in Hongkong, we start planning our meals and shopping. Sight seeing is secondary.
First Stop - CauseWay Bay shopping + Steamboat dinner + "Luncheon , Egg Ding Noodles. Steamboat is at a place call Yau gwat Hei. Unique about this place, u cook dim sum items like crystal dumplings in a hot pot of soup. We choose the pork base soup stock, supposed to be boiled for about 8 hours with spare ribs , pork soft bones, pit's troetters to enhance the flavour. Must try the buns , especially the custard buns!
Not to forget to sell the hotel room. 5* hotel, 50th storey executive level, 40"plasma TV, VCR, ipod Docking station and a chandelier in the room! What else to ask for ???
